If a student withdraws prior to the start of class, a 100% refund will be given less handling fees. No refunds will be given once class begins. In the absence of a written third party contractual agreement stating otherwise, all refunds will be issued to the student. 信贷 card payments will be refunded directly to the credit card if processed within thirty days of the payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed. If you paid by credit/debit card more than 30 days ago, you will receive a refund via check.
If a 劳动力发展中心 course is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or, if the course has been rescheduled for a new date, you can apply the funds to the new course date.
Generally, books are not included with 劳动力发展中心 trainings. 信息 will be on the course website (see screenshot below) pertaining to required books, 他们的ISBN号, and suggestions where to buy the books.
